Public User Visitors  are allowed to view and browse all areas of our web site including the Members Forums except in the instance of any Forum Members Private posts, but they are not allowed to Post at the Forums or Comment on Forum Members posts which are features reserved for Forum Members only.

Members (Forum)
A user is required to Register and create an Account to access the Members Forum so as to Post and Comment at the Members Forums and we may store and hold relevant web standard information relating to web site Forum Member user accounts.
In such case we may hold and store only data relative to that which they have supplied and as required to Login and otherwise manage their account and or data supplied relative to their Forum Membership Posts and Comments displayed at our site. i.e. Login, username, email, password.

Comments
We do not provide for Public User Visitor comments at this web site and we do not store or hold any such related data other than in regard to the Members Forum as appertaining to their Forum Membership as detailed above where Login details may be required.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you have an Account and profile (Forum Members) and wish to use a profile Picture or Logo if using a Gravatar image. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. We provide an alternative method of displaying a profile picture or Logo image if you do not wish to use the Gravatar service. After approval of your profile, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your content displayed at the site. Using the Gravatar image service is optional. Using a profile picture or Logo image is optional. If a user wishes to do so they can use their own image supplied by themselves as a Profile picture

In the case of Forum Member Users wishing to add media content to their posts we have in place measures to prevent certain types of files which may be potentially harmful being uploaded or attached and they may be evaluated as Spam and auto removed by the form system.

Contact forms
We do not use forms at this web site except in the case of Forum Members who have chosen to Register or Login as a Member of the Forums and the only information they are required to supply is a User Name, Email Address and Password so as to Login to the Members Forum using the Members Forum Registration and Login area where they have a choice of allowing their web browser to remember their Login details or not.
